20+ Recipes for Homemade Flavored Coffee Creamer
My hubby and I love coffee in the morning with that lovely and oh so expensive flavored coffee creamer. It is super expensive and it seems that prices are continuing to rise. You can make this for just over 1/2 the cost of those that you buy in the store. If you can grab the ingredients on sale, grab it for less than half the cost.
Ingredients for the Base:
- 14oz sweetened condensed milk
- 1 3/4 cup milk or cream (whole, lowfat, skim, almond, soy, heavy cream, half & half etc – whatever your preference, however the more fat, the more creaminess)
Then you need to choose which is your flavor choice. If the flavor your choose has an ingredant that is powdered (like cinnamon or cocoa) then heat about 1.2 cup of the base and disolve the power in that first…it helps so that your creamer is not grainy!
Choose Your Flavor

I use sweetened condensed milk and evaporated milk, then add my flavorings.
How long will it stay in the fridge? I generally use half & half, which has a longer life than milk, so I just figured I’d ask :-) thank you, I love this idea…
According to the website I originally found these recipes on, its good measure to use the milk’s expiration date.
I have tried various versions with the sweetened condensed milk and even the dulce de leche which is even more expensive. I blows way coffee mate and even baileys. But none seem to touch on the creaminess of international delight. So addicted! More to the ID than the coffee :)
Try using a combination of Heavy cream and milk or half and half
I’m going toy try no. 1
thanks for these creamer recipes. we drink a ton of coffee and love flavored creamers, can’t wait to make our own.
i think i will try it with the unsweetened condensed milk. seems like that ratio above might be too sweet. thank you for the base ingredients and the amounts to add to flavor it! will give it a try :)
Sounds like a real deal..I’ll try it
INGREDIENT
About how much does this make? I’m thinking about a pint? Or is it more?
It makes approximately 28 ounces if you add the amounts of liquid using.
How long can will this keep?
Also, I’m assuming I add all ingredients to a bottle with a cap, then shake?
Thanks!
I would like the recipe pn how to make ( Ensure )…..thank you
Can’t wait to try these! I have been wondering how to make all the flavorings.

I used 1/2&1/2 with the Eagle Brand Carmel sweetened cond milk. I also added a packet of Carmel hot cocoa mix. It turned out very good!
