Black Friday 2012 is almost here.  Are you excited?  First let me ask, do you shop the Black Friday sales?  Eat a quick Thanksgiving lunch and then before enjoying dessert hop out the door to stand in line where the best sales will be.  Hopefully, you left the house early enough that you are one of the first people in line.  But, more and more people are skipping the Thanksgiving feast altogether so they can be first ones to step through the stores doors.  You might be thinking, “is it worth it this year?”. Well, I am here to make sure you know all of your options before skipping out on the Thanksgiving meals that took hours to prepare.

Over the next few weeks stores will slowly leak their Black Friday ads.  As they do, I will list them here, on Fun 2B Frugal.  You should see a new Black Friday 2012 tab under the stores drop down menu.  I will also show price comparisons between stores so you know where exactly the best deals can be bought!  Some stores this year are doing a Black Friday ad match guarantee so that you will choose to buy the product at their store.  This can come in handy especially if you are eyeing a few things but they are located at different stores.  Black Friday deals tend to sell out quickly.  My advice is to use the ad match policies to your advantage and shop all in one place.  Don’t try to get all the deals in the store that has the actual sale.  Everyone will be headed out to that store.  Be smart.  Ad match it at another store because then they are sure to have plenty still in stock.  This is a trick that will help you enjoy Thanksgiving dinner!
