Summer is wrapping up & Watermelons are going on sale everywhere. Why not give this one a shot. I actually made it the other day and it was incredibly simple & delicious to boot!

Ingredients

Watermelon

Cool Whip

Greek Yogurt

Sliced Almonds

Fresh Fruit of your choice

Directions

1. Cut ends off watermelon creating a cylinder shape.

2. Cut skin off watermelon & level out ends.

3. Mix Cool Whip with 2 c. Greek Yogurt (I used Vanilla Greek Yogurt, and it was fabulous)

4. Frost the cake with Cool Whip/Yogurt Mixture. Be Generous.

5. Decorate sides with sliced almonds

6. Top with Fresh Fruit

Enjoy!

What a great refreshing treat to have on a summer evening!

extremely difficult to keep the whip cream mixture on the watermelon since it’s wet.
is there a trick to this?
