This is my shortened version of Chicken & Dumplings recipe. Chicken in a Biscuit is super easy to make, as always. In the video you notice that I have to roll the crescent rolls out very thin. The thinner you roll them, the less time they have to cook. Mine were a little thicker than usual, so I had to bake them double the normal time. You don’t want to eat soggy dough!

Okay guys, here is part 2 of the Crock Pot Mexican Chicken Recipe Tuesday. Like I said in the video, I used flour tortillas, but I HIGHLY recommend using corn tortillas.
