I worked in Retail and Restaurants when I was younger and I always ran into these people!  They are real!  They would come in, they had to buy a specific item, ask a specific question, and so on.  Have you ever noticed that at Chick Fil A they all say the same thing?  They have a certain language that they have to speak at work!  This is what Secret Shoppers look for!  I know someone who has done this for years.  It’s NOT a full time job.  Just some fun money on the side and you get FREE products.  I even know of a time where my friend had to check out a very high end restaurant!  FUN!
