Recipe Tuesday: Chicken & Dumplings aka”Chicken in a Biscuit”

This is my shortened version of Chicken & Dumplings recipe.  Chicken in a Biscuit is super easy to make, as always.  In the video you notice that I have to roll the crescent rolls out very thin.  The thinner you roll them, the less time they have to cook.  Mine were a little thicker than usual, so I had to bake them double the normal time.  You don’t want to eat soggy dough!

If you have ever taken one of my classes you already know the difference between a purchase and a transaction.  However, this video still might be a good refresher.

*Please forgive the change in color in this video.  My husband was playing around and forgot to change the entire video to one option.  Oh, and I blame the big scratch on the wall on the kids! ;)
