Are you a Kohl’s shopper?  If so I have some exciting news!  They are rolling out a new Kohl’s New Rewards program that will allow you to accumulate points for coupons!  I love it.  If you already shop there then it’s a must.  It’s completely FREE and I always tell people to take advantage of store loyalty programs.  This program is really going to come in handy for all you Kohl’s Holiday shoppers as well!

Kohl’s New Rewards Program

1. Kohl’s customers can sign up for a FREE Kohl’s rewards card in the store

2. Customers scan their rewards card with every purchase

3. $1 spent = 1 point. Reach 125 points and you will earn a $5 off coupon.

4. If you forget your rewards card, simply have the cashier search by your phone number so you get proper credit for your purchase.

5. Kohl’s Charge card holders should receive something in the mail this Tuesday, 10/9 on how to sign up for your rewards card online. You can also sign up in the store, it’s up to you.

6. With your welcome packet you will receive a 15% off coupon.

7. Fill out your online Kohl’s rewards profile and earn 125 bonus points, which is enough to earn your first $5 off coupon!

        I don’t think they have an online profile for it yet. The program is new and is just rolling out. If you are already a Kohl’s Card Holder, then you should get a newsletter in the mail with all the information. If you are not, then ask customer service if your store has started the program. If they have, then you can sign up there.

          Okay. They gave me the run around. They said to follow the packet you were given from Customer Service. They said all the information was given in those materials.

        It’s suppose to be the password for your rewards account. Not your password to your personal e-mail.

    I shop at Kohl’s all the time for various items. I love kohl’s. The people that work at the store are always friendly and helpful. I have shopped at Kohl’s since it opened at the Fairview Heights, IL location. I love at xmas time that have lots of help for the customers . They are the best store ever.

    I have tried about 5 times to sign up for the KohlsRewards program and cannot do so. I want to enroll, but the program keeps asking for my password and I am using my “e-mail password” and it won’t accept my information. Please clarify for me!!!

    I was going to register for Kohl’s Rewards program but as i submitted it it has you to confirm or cancel to give permission to share your Kohl’s information with Capital One Bank, NA etc. I clicked cancel and if you do that it will not let you register. I do not want more junk sent to me in my email account nor my information shared with whoever! Very disappointed in Kohl’s making out like this is such a great idea to help us out with it is just a scam to get info to give out. :(

      Well…I, too, am having trouble completing online registration. The website doesn’t highlight anything in order to put in the card # or e-mail. It just sits there. After reading all these comments am wondering just what is going on. You would think that by now they would be getting all the bugs out of it after 3 or 4 weeks. I do a lot of shopping at Kohls and am not going to be happy to miss out on saving money if others are receiving the rewards. Have you actually gotten feed back from anyone that this has worked for them and they’ve received all Kohls said they would?

      I too was all ready to register my card. I do not want to share any information with chase bank etc. etc. If that is the only way to do it, keep your $5.00.

    Your online rewards program sign up is awful. The prompts are not clear and I finally gave up trying to complete the process. Thought you’d like to know even if it’s negative information

      This is not Kohl’s official website. Yes, I agree that their information is not clear, but everyone needs to remember it’s a new program that they are rolling out. It’s only in select areas right now doing trial phases. You need to keep in mind that everyone getting the rewards card is essentially a guinea pig testing the program. So, they are working out all the faults with you guys.

    I shopped at Kohl’s this evening and was given a reward card. The cashier told me that she had scanned the card packet I picked up and told me I could complete registration at home. Each time I type in the number on the back of the card I receive the message that it is an invalid number.

    How do I add my points if the cashier did not ask for my card or phone number? I thought about it as I was leaving, went back to the same cashout and she said that she couldn’t add them, it was to late. Is there a way I can do it online from home?

      I don’t know if you can add them from home. That would be a good feature. The cashier always needs to scan your card first to ensure you receive your points. Remember it’s a new program so they have to get used to asking it. You can always call customer service and ask them. They might be able to delete your transaction and re-ring it with only your receipt. THat way you don’t have to bring all your stuff back in, only the receipt. That’s how they’ve adjusted prices for me when I buy something and the next day it goes on sale. I simply bring my receipt back in and they adjust the price. It might work out the same! HTH.

    Didn’t end up signing up for the rewards program because you end up having to give authorization for capitol one and others to be able to use your email and send you things….no thanks to that, have enough garbage sent to me now!

    I have been trying to register my Rewards card for three days and have talked to 4 customer service reps already. When I sign in with my Rewards card number and e-mail address, I get the message, “This webpage cannot be displayed.” No one seems to actually know what’s going on and I think they launched this program too quickly without proper training of their staff.

      I agree! Several people are reporting problems. Kohl’s is aware of the situation is is trying hard to fix the issue. This is a trial phase, so since you opted to get your card started, you are part of the trial and error.

    As with most of Kohls’s undertakings, this is complicated and just doesn’t work. I have received my guide in the mail but can’t get signed up with the instructions. All of this confusion makes shopping elsewhere so much more appealing.

    I tried to fill in my profile page for the rewards and it came up with my zip code with 9 letters, the zip was correct as was the address, my birthday etc and I checked interest of purchasing and that I accept the rules and hit submit, it had highlighted in red only 5 letters for zip, so I took off the 4 letters and had only 5 letters and hit submit and it still said only 5 letters, so therefore I couldn’t get it to work. I got out of it and tried again with only 5 letters and it still said use only 5 letters.

    What is the difference between my Kohl’s credit card, my Shopping account and your new Rewards program?
    I got the Kohl’s rewards mailing, went to the kohlsrewards website, used the email I have linked to my kohls credit card. Was then sent to kohls.com where I was asked to login and it filled in my email address. I used my password from my kohls.com account, but I got a Kohl’s “OPPS ” message saying it was not correct, but it was. I tried several times. So what do I do?

      You should be able to still use it at the store. One, they accept expired coupons, and two if for some reason they say they can’t just explain the situation.

    I cannot sign up for you rewards program, as they keep saying I have an incorrect password and e mail. I have used this password on other occasions with no problem and my e mail address has not changed. I even stopped in your store and customer service said just try again as this has been overloaded. I’m frustrated and have given up. Any help on your end would be appreciated.

      I can only share the information they have shared with me. It is a new program and they are working hard on correcting the issues. They are aware of the problems people are having. This is a trial phase, and they have only rolled out this program to a few stores to test it.

    After an hour of trying to follow your directions and being told several times my # is invalid…I finallly gave up…. you need to really work on this. Sounds like a good deal but can’t make it happen. If you are a Kohls card user already, why didn’t they just mail us a new reawards card???????

    I have try to enter this number and it will not work, In the Khol’s Store they will scan it and it shows all my points however, it will not print out on my receipt. And I cannot enter this no where nor have I recieved my $5.00 dollars coupon. And I have quite alot of rewards point? Please help!!!

    This program sucks. I have had to call to get every purchase I make added manually. I made $162 purchase a week ago and after two phone calls, they finally manually added it saying it will show up in 48 hours.

    I have been trying to register my Kohl’s rewards card and have properly submitted the number on back of the card which the system will not accept as accurate. Muhyst I actuallyt drive 20 plus miles back to the store to enter this same number there?

    Hi. I got my card tonight at the greenwood IN location. When i got home i tried to register card as directed. It keeps telling me my id number is invalid. I tried several times and double checked and had my daughter
    check as well and i keep betting same message. I have given up on your card process.

    yes I registered for the loyalty rewards program back in October 2012 but as I had problams, it would not take the registration for some reason, I called your customer service and they said they fixed it I have yet to have this resolved as at Christmas time one spends a lot of money at Kohls and I supposedly missed out on the loyalty rewards ( 1 point for every $1 spent. Please rectify this,

    I am having the worst time completing the enrollment process started at the store. It keeps giving me an error saying I have the wrong e mail and then I has locked me out. I called for customer service and all they say is to call back tomorrow. UGGGGGGHHHH

    I am trying to find out my rewards amount. They told me to go to the shopping account and click on the awards link. Tried it and nothing happens. I signed up and gave them my rewards number and told me that I’m already signed up. I’ve been in this program about 6 months now and nothing-just get regular coupons on the catalogs and mail..I’ve spent a lot of money at Kohls, but can’t seem to get on line for the extra $1.00 per every hundred you spend.     The clerk gave me this reward card, and at that time she took my name and e-mail address. I tried to sign up on the computer but it says there is already an account with that e=mail. Am I signed in or not? The internet does not want to cooperate with me.
